Cyrus Church


Previously a Director at RBS, Cyrus played a leading role in RBS’ capital resolution team responsible for RBS’ exit from Asia Pacific. This involved managing all aspects of the various loan portfolio sales. Total deal value > $5bn. Prior to that, Cyrus was the lead transactor in the Australian Restructuring Group with full responsibility (structuring, negotiation, documentation and exit) for a portfolio of positions across large corporations and the mid-market.

Cyrus was a board member of a Chinese investment fund and a board observer at MediaWorks, he has also held senior positions at ABN AMRO and ANZ.

Edward Jones


Before developing Neu.Capital, Ed worked at RBS across their Economics, Traded Credit and Restructuring teams.

Ed managed a portfolio of mid to large companies across all industry sectors in the APAC region including: transport, utilities, retail, media, shipping, construction, infrastructure, agriculture, financial services, and renewable energy. Throughout these sectors Ed achieved mutually beneficial outcomes for the bank and company, as well as other lenders and shareholders.

Ed has experience with a broad range of deal sizes ($2m to $2bn). Ed's notable deals include Sydney's Cross City Tunnel, Channel 9, NuFarm, Hastie Group, Bras N Things, Emu Downs Wind Farm Hanjin Shipping and Asia Timber Products Group.

Joshua Khoddami

Josh spent the last 7 years helping mid-market companies grow through digital marketing. As the General Manager of a leading Australian marketing agency, Josh oversaw client side strategy in such industries as professional services (focus on law, accounting and financial services), manufacturing and consumer goods. Josh also managed a team of over 50 digital marketing professionals across Asia Pacific.

Josh is a member of the Canadian Australian Chamber of Commerce.
