To celebrate the recent transaction with our client Atari. Neu Capital is holding a competition with their iconic game, Pac-Man.

We’re offering a $1,000 prize to the player with the highest score. The money will be donated to the winners' charity of choice. Contest closes at midnight Sunday, June 21st.

Terms and Conditions

- This competition is promoted by Neu Capital.
- By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Competition Period: The competition opens at  AEST and closes at midnight June 21st AEST. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
- How to enter: Play the online game and submit your score with proof of screenshot via the form. A score without a screenshot will not be accepted.
- Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, agencies, and suppliers (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The competition is a game of skill. The winner will be the eligible entrant who achieves the highest score in the game and submits that score during the Competition Period.
- Scores must be submitted through the official entry form on the competition website. Scores submitted by any other means will not be accepted.
- In the event of a tied highest score, the winner will be determined by the entrant who achieved that score in the shortest time / earliest submission timestamp.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify any submitted score. Any entrant found to have used cheats, exploits, bots, scripts, or any other method to artificially inflate their score will be immediately disqualified.
- The Promoter’s decision regarding scores and the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days of the competition close date, or if a prize is unclaimed within 30 days of the competition close date, the Promoter may award the prize to the next highest scorer.
- There is one prize of $1000 available that will be donated to the winner's charity of choice.
- The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
- Personal information collected through this competition will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of running the competition and, where the entrant has consented, for future marketing communications.
- Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, and the Privacy Act 1988.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platform.
