Saba Shirazi is an Associate in the Deal Execution team at Neu Capital.
Ms. Shirazi joined the Neu Capital team in 2021. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Paralegal in the Insurance Practice at Colin Biggers & Paisley Lawyers, where she was exposed to dealing with large financial institutions. Before this, she worked as a law clerk at Turks Legal and Shaw McDonald (now Chamberlains).
Since joining Neu Capital, Ms. Shirazi has worked on transactions ranging from setting up a loan warehouse, acquisition finance, arranging mezzanine finance across a range of industries including fintech, auto, energy, consumer and property.
Ms. Shirazi holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business with a major in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
Ms. Shirazi is also admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW.
