Mr. Hade has over 35 year’s experience in banking with a focus on securitisation, credit, structuring and coverage. Mike spent the majority of his career at CBA where his roles included, Head of Client Securitisation, Head of Securitisation Conduits, Lead Relationship Executive (Financial Institutions) and Executive Advisor of International Financial Services.
Mr Hade’s transaction experience includes $100m Agri Loan Bond Issue (Asia Money ABS Deal of the Year 2001); $2.5bn non-prime warehousing (Challenger & Pepper); $1bn prime warehouse (Aussie Home Loans); $1.6bn prime warehouse (Pepper); $750m warehouse (Liberty); $1.0bn prime warehouse (PUMA).
Through his independent structured finance consultancy Mike focuses on emerging Aust & NZ non-bank lenders, helping them to grow, diversify and optimise their capital resources. In these roles Mike has developed networks of investors, partners, suppliers and contractors servicing this sector. This brings added value and enhanced insights to client conversations and opportunities
